if people can't play and can't complete event by errors from the game, i can see only one solution:
finish that event, add 20000 EP to every players in the game, add ribbon and crates for event.
if we can't play normally, somebody must pay for it. (somebody=Z8Games team)

Today only NA 1 is full but gives me MM server error. UK1, 2,3,4 are empty and if we create a room we all get host errors.

i repeat to Z8Games Support team: if game is broken, we can't play normally, so - can't complete event. and that's not our fail.

You'll get infracted while they see the cheaters name he will still be playing, a month ago I did what you did they tell me it's against the rule but cheating is always against the rules. They got time to infract you and see the cheaters name a month later he's ranked in top30 last seen 16 hours ago.

Why should we care about their privacy they chose to cheat and everyone should be aware of them because support takes a decade to act.
