I don't play this game anymore for irrelivant reasons but I still lurk the forums and occasionally watch streams. The GMs in CrossFire have always been awful at taking critisim. As much as I dislike x0tek, his forum posts were reasonable and he was just trying to help the community improve and grow. He was being respectful and suggesting methods of which both the GMs and the community could improve. If I were a GM, I'd be thankful that x0tek put in that effort to improve the community and would not punish him for speaking his opinion in a civilized manner.

As for competition, teams invited to the "elite" league should be based on skill. I really don't understand how an ESEA-IM team who has not played CrossFire for very long were invited over x0tek's team. CSGO and CrossFire are very different games. I have thousands of hours in both and can confidently say the competitive dynamics and mechanics between the two games are different. You can't just transfer from CSGO to CF and be good, vise-versa. I have watched idoux's team play CF and they are awful. If they work hard and improve, sure, they deserve an invite, but as of now, they really don't deserve a spot.

As GMs, you should be open to the community for change. If you want the competitive community to grow, work with the people trying to help rather than punishing them for their critique.

Please don't close my thread for expressing my opnion. Ty
