Sad Question:
How do i attach replays from the game into support ticket for review?
I can always name the hackers but that doesn't prove anything...

You just click on "Upload File", and there you go.

Be sure not to ZIP it or anything, since it apparently isn't accepted.

But where are the replays located in the CF folder?

Documents > Cross Fire

(Same place as screenshots, you'll find Replays folder)

To be even more precise My Computer > Documents > Crossfire > Replay

Then locate the file you saved that contains the hacker and voila!
Id recommend renaming your replay so it is easy to find when you are saving your replay. Good Luck!

Hack Reports are supposed to always end in a permanent ban if proven guilty. Anti Cheat Bans are temporary in 3/7/14/30/Permanent Steps.
