You can also use the pay safe card option, I believe you can purchase those online from 3rd party websites.

PayPal is what I use as well most of the time. I'm at Deutsch Bank and I don't have a problem.

I've also used this, and you can also find cards in games stores or at Saturns (German equivalent of BestBuy)

I don't recommend PayPal if you want to buy larger ammounts of ZP and keep your Honorable Soldier Ribbon.
