I've experienced this in several games, especially at Big head mode!!

Is it just bugged or intentionally designed to work this way in Big Head mode?

I happened to come across the same thing, I thought 10 was pretty much a death sentence, but alas, it seems as though godly intervention saved that Person.

Not to mention if you play pistols only on that mode it drops the vip and the deagle noble beast. I would say this mode is a little bugged
