Fix the game!!!

It's becoming pathetic every freacking season of ranked matches being advised not to play it. Saying don't play it DOESN'T FIX ANYTHING!
I just got a ton of hackers with rank above General hacking BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT!!!
They know that there won't be a ban for anyone of them. That's something to think about.
The community including myself already gave suggestions to fix the problem in the suggestions thread, time to get our money's worth?
