Error "Do you want to report?"

As the title say, i can't join any CF game. I have no issues entering the storage or the item shop, but when i try to play a game the game keeps crashing. It is loading to 12% and then my game enter the window mode and a small icon says: "Cross Fire Error Do you want to report?". (if i click OK or X = quit the game)
I tried to reinstall the game few times , it didn't work.

Please report this error to Support by sending in a Support Ticket along with any screenshots of the error that you may have.
