If someone is bullying you or swearing at you, you should capture a screenshot and report the player through the support system.

Select the Crossfire Support option and after that select the violation report option and upload the screenshots you've taken, as well as some details.
Personal note: This game is full of people who are insulting everyone for pretty much anything, so my suggestion to you is to not give a damn about whatever they're telling you and just play the game to have fun.
