Map exploring

Hello,

Is there a way to go alone in a map and explore it without being disturbed? I tried the sim bot sd mode and there is only 3 maps, and none of those I want to explore.

Save the replay from a map and watch it / move around, unless the replay system is bugged again. Wouldn't be surprised...

Well if those don't work, grab a friend and explore those maps.

You can also search on youtube. I'm sure you'll find pretty much every map.

Using a replay to move around gives you unlimited time to wxplore. If you are looking for boost spots, places you can jump or simply fastest routes to sites using a buddy or spare pc is the best option. While you are limited by the round time you have freedom to roam.

So the replay actually works (thanks) and my double jumps on boxes kinda fail 9 times on 10 so I kinda stopped . I was just trying to get the maps heights and distances clear in my head for prefiring, positionning and sniper spots. You have freedom to roam in the replay with the free camera, but yeah you can't control a character sadly. Maybe ill try to ask someone to get into more detail.

Practice makes perfect when it comes to double jumping. Also i'd really suggest getting a friend and lining up exactly where your mouse needs to be coming around corners it makes a world of difference. You also might want to practice your nades (I suggest using smoke so you can see where they land) in FFA so you can die as much as you want.

Yeah thats right but I don't have a lot of time to spend on cf sadly, I just wanna get some knowledge that helps me keep up on my clan, so I can still play scrims with them. I have to much going on actually to hope keeping up with practice, so I try to find shortcuts, not rly tryharding.

But you are right, I need to put a bit of time in smoke using and double jump. Maybe in 1 or 2 months ill try to catch a clan member to try this, considering that all my friend list quit playing cf
