How can you be so sure?
hahah not sure but in my experience... i had to wait more than 1 hour even when the server status was "online", now server status is still "maintenance", so it could be 1-2 more hours.
so sad, back to 2016, the server was good and always up 30 mins before approximate time, 4 hours could be more than 3 hours. I loved it.
now "5 hours" is gonna be 6, 7 or more with a broken server... -
