lol just lol on this Gm's.I just sent a ticket to the support Gm's and all the replies I got back are threats with bans.
My first ticket-"Why you didn't add new permanent guns to the MP shop yesterday?"
Support reply-"Thank you for your suggestion"
Which absolutely makes no sense towards the ticket topic . I simply asked a question so where in the hell they brought that "Thanks for your suggestion" reply from???
My second ticket-"I sent a ticket few hours ago asking a question and I got Thank you for your suggestion reply.Sometimes I wonder why do I keep buying ZP and support this game which doesn't give about their customers"
Support reply-Please refrain from insulting and follow the TOS or we will have to take actions against your account"
lol just lol if they didn't treat the players like bunch of apes and put more effort on every reply other than just creepy ass copy & paste from TOS replies......then they didn't have to deal with all the frustration and insulting towards them in tickets

well, I don't think anyone will give you a real answer on an upcoming weapon , they are not allowed to I think..? ,
also speaking of MP shop , compare it to the FP shop , man common!! it's 100 times better weaps change every month
you want a new perma weap? Just give it a little wait , they might have sth stuck in the pipeline -
they have no reason to answer your question. but your right support sucks and always has. maybe when this game is shut down in the next year or two some of the people runnin this shiz will think back to their mistakes and you will be vindicated bigger issue is play-ability not MP shop

I've already made my complaints about the current Support, doesn't look like they intend to improve.
I've come to the conclusion that there are only 3 possible reasons why Support sometimes replies with answers that do not relate to the "ticket topic".
1) They are soulless gingers, that have no souls.
2) They hate their jobs, so they short-cut with copy and pasted answers.
3) They legitimately cannot read, it's not their fault, it's just a genetic issue.
