Who is responsible for these servers ?

I wonder who is responsible for these servers ?and what is the role of Mods and Gms ?
They are asking us to report server lags and problems as if they are playing in another game ? And are these problems so complicated ? My friends here in my country have made servers for another game which is 10x better than yours and guess what , they are only 22 years old !!

Have you tried sending in a ticket? =] Six months have crossed and a thread about server issues was created wait about the same till it gets fixed or longer. =]

I'd like to see your friends make, run, and maintain a game as big as CrossFire.

Other games have server files available, the devs here have to make them. I'm guessing your friends didn't do that, either.

It sucks that the servers are having problems, but comparing a large company/game and their servers to your friends pre-compiled game servers isn't really a good comparison.

People have made private servers off legendary game of Tales of Pirates 2 and some have went as far as to do one of Crossfire including the newly released vips only problem is getting people to play and stay as a loyal player. Plus all that company does is reskin after reskin can't even fix bugs that's been there for years that's probably why the Op is frustrated. xd

But ye don't compare it to your friends, compare it to McDonalds they both release "reskins" burgers with different topics and m4s/aks with different skins.

Mods moderate the forums. Thats why they are called Mods. They hand out infractions, delete things that should be there, move threads, etc. They're players like you, but they volunteer their time and earn a bit of ZP in the process for their hard work.

GM's work for the game directly. We come into the office every day, and some of us even come in on weekends. We work with events, the forums here, livestreams, local in-person events, and our support staff are technically considered GM's as well.

If you have a server issue, we highly recommend you send a ticket with as much info as possible, as it can be forwarded to the people who are responsible for the servers. Thanks for your question

Well. Mods moderate the forums. We can pass information on to the GMs for them to investigate. They pass the information on to the appropriate authorities.

While we do get to play the game we don't always have access. I can't speak for the other mods but basically all the time I get to get on is during break at work. So I try to gather as much information as possible to try and streamline the process.
