What would be if breath down would be gone.

Hello today i wanna discuss about the hypothetical question "How would ghost mode and the actual game play look like if breath down wouldn't exists". The last days i had a lot of discussion about this question and the item. Personally i prefer it like the most of here will do and i think the most of you will find it hilarious to even discuss about something like that. Disgrace! - I think it makes the game more balanced and makes a tactical game play possible but my arguments weren't enough to convince them and so i want to share now the mind of the community here with them so i hopefully get finally rid of that theme.

Basic Points in this discussion were:
Is the learning curve to hard for new players who want to learn pinpoint when everyone would use breath down.
Ghost mode should be highly based on the skill level of individual players, not what items they use. / Would a balanced gameplay still be possible without breath down,
Is the Black List side overpowered? Does the item forgive to many mistakes? Would it be a hard drop to play without breath down / Is it possible to compensate it with enough skill and adjusting of your gameplay as ghost.
Does the Global Risk side spray to much? Is the actual game play (movement, amount of spray) of the global risk side to fancy?
Does it even count as pinpoint if you just hear the impulse of a ghost for a few seconds. Is this way of tracking / guessing already spraying? How much we should care about accuracy in ghostmode?
