"Permanently banned due to a system error and Z8 Refusing to co-operate."

I know that there has been some similar posts like this one, some might be true some might not, but now I'm sure that there are people like me who really got banned for no reason. I never ran a 3rd party program of any kind with this game. I never hacked, cheated, glitched nor insulted anyone on this game, I play with some friends and I usually mind my own business. I would never endanger the security of my account as it is impossible for me to have another one, and I spent A LOT of time (years) and also money on my account. Do not tell me Im banned because of cheating because unless Im sleep walking and playing while sleeping there is no way I ever cheated. I am very upset at the z8 for refusing to really help a few minutes from a GM or a staff members time won't be much to ensure an old customer of yours gets a proper and fair treatement. Please if there is anything I can do to provide any data that might help any log files or anything Im willing to do to prove that I didn't do any wrong. The game was loading a room and before It completed the loading I got a disconnection (like normaly) and when I tried to re-log in I was permanently banned.
I have sent tickets and none of them were of any help and you even refuse to give me a proper explanation or proof of anything there MUST be a mistake and only you can help me in this mess, So please help.
