Players who are Ribbon hunting might spin for this to get that Ribbon where you need 5 permanent Hellfire/Magma/Phoenix weapons. So maybe some might spin for it?

It still hard to get a permanent even 2x crates, why not add another activity like buy 50 crates and if no permanent, system will give one instead nothing at all
