I need to contact any CFNA accounts manager
Hy,
I haven't any technical problem with my account but i'm seriously in need to contact directly someone wich can answer to specific/advanced questions and to negociate something fast, and in the absolute wich is able to act in this way with a full access/rights.
The form in the website is totally outside my needs and off topic : Accounts Administration / Account Recovery. I haven't to recover the account, it's more complex.
If i'm forced to use this form for that, i'm in trouble.
1 - I forget the security question that i choosed 7 years ago. And it don't appear in my profile. Why don't simply autoselect the good one instead the combo box, one time logged ? In any case i've choosed a thing enough personnal to can answer it.
2 - Payment method / Transaction ID : it's an obligation to can send this from but ... i don't really understand what to put in. Anyone ? The last one? What is this ID ? The bank one ? The IBAN one ? Anything else ?

1: I don't believe they let you change your security questions. They have done in the past, I think it was a one-off thing, but they don't normally let you. Maybe if enough people suggest it they will do another event.
2: Payment Method/Transaction ID is fairly simple. Simply enter what method you used to pay for ZP (Such as Paypal, Rixty, etc.) and there should be an ID somewhere that you can reference for any issues you may face with the payment. For example, if you used PayPal, you can either look in your confirmation e-mail you receive afterwards, or you can log in to your PayPal account, click on the payment, and it will show you the transaction ID like this (except Wordpress would say Smilegate West I believe):
For most things you should be able to just search "<Provider> Transaction ID" and you'll see either a guide on how to retrieve it, or some examples. -
1 : I don't want to change the security question to send this form, but only to answer to it. The problem is that i don't remember wich one question i've choosed 7 years ago ^^ I will try the pet name maybe. Fingers crossed.
2 : I haven't any problem with a payment but the form appear to force you to fill this field to can send the ticket (red stars). I get it now for the ID, thank you a lot. Maybe the red stars are not obligations, i will give it a try.

Well, to indicate a payment is an obligation to send a ticket. I've writed the infos of the last one that i've made in April.
My memory is not that bad, it was the pet name question lol I'm lucky enough. The ticket is sent but i'm very open to start the discussion in private (only) here, with anyone in charge. I can't give more details in public and it's important. -
It become epic ^^Some of the account information you provided on your support form doesn’t match our records or it was filled incorrectly. You need to provide us with sufficient correct information on the support request form in order for a staff member to verify the account ownership.
lol, i think it's the "secret" question. Or not. I dont known and the bot that writed the answer will never indicate it.
It's becoming ridiculous, it is fast and easy to verify my ownership only by the bank side on different orders i've maded. I've the traces and the logs of every single one since 2010.
They have just to contact me for that, but for that i have to contact them from this crazy form ... the logic behind it, is incredible lol -
The ticket is sent but i'm very open to start the discussion in private with anyone in charge. I can't give more details in public and it's important.

For the moment, I can't send this ticket for unknown reason. I've created this account in 2010 and i don't remember every details i've gived (like wich one secret question i've choosen).
And i don't find any place in the profile page where i can check what are the problematic informations ... to have the right to contact the staff and open the discussion, and only after have proven that i've spended money in this specific case and form.
Fortunally i've spended somes and i start to think that it is the only way to "check my ownership", then to can contact the staff to resolve a very serious problem. For the moment, on my side, it's a neverending loop without issue. Your problematic of verification is very easy to handle and i can prove it faster that the time that i pass on the form and the forum.
I don't want recover my account, i'm just forced to use this form to contact someone in charge of the administration of the accounts. -
Better results with it, i don't get any open discussion or contact but at least an answer wich is not automatic.
I'm very disapointed and i hope sincerely to find a decent and discreet issue to this serious problem, for both side. Let the dices roll again ... -

You have worst to answer in this form to can be sended : the exact date of the creation of your account. I remember the year but i get the month on my online CF profile and for the day ... it's a miracle if i ever remember it.
The problem is that you can't consult any information you leaved, the "game's account" profile is less that synthetic. Like the secret question lol They don't ask you the secret answer to the secret question you have choosed, but the both ^^
