Same here, still missing the 10k EP bonus for completing all tasks. Already sent a ticket but it got closed saying they will forward to the appropriate department??
You could try PM A GM with your ticket number, GM Kanadian seems to be very active here. -
Hey GMs, a lot of people are still missing their EP... According to the event thread, the missing EP has been handed out already...

Out of curiosity, how many kills did you guy do for the last task of the event? -
I don't think I got the EP from that event. I only did 1 day, which is 2K EP, and the tracker was broken and it didn't give me my reward. I remember spending EP, but that was from the weekend event where you get a X amount of EP per minute of gameplay... I sent a ticket and they said that the EP had been distributed already...

I sent 2 tickets, their answer ?The reward distribution for this event was successfully completed. Our records indicate that you received the rewards in your account.

i knew this would be the outcome from the start... As with all previous events...Got reply from Support... Saying I already received the reward...

basically if you got "some" EP from the event, you got ALL the EP according to Support... -
So if I look at the EP records, you're saying I won't see the EP delivered already before the extra distribution, and I won't see that you bought a large amount of crates with said EP?Anyway if they want to give them they can give them if not still the same...i'm bored of this game plus that my summer work season started so i wont be active a lot.
All tickets are investigated thoroughly. If support tells you that you received the EP, there is a reason for that. -
Feel free to look at my tickets. Check all records, every single crate purchase, total EP received and tell me whether or not I'm lying. If the records are accurate at all, you'll see I'm not lying
3K EP (Weekend playtime event) + 75K EP (Crossfire Goals) = 78K EP balance
78K EP + 40K EP (mutant mayhem + ranked gauntlet) = 118K EP total
The most EP I ever had was 114K total and that was before completing the last ranked gauntlet task (bonus 10K EP) -

kanadian, i received my ep but... shall i remember you about october horror event? the event where people had actual proof (screenshots with tracker) that they completed everything but support said the oposite. I remember there were many affected by this.. What about that ? there must be a reason why support failed. If support says something then... no just no. -

If you see my records i always buy a big amount of crates cause usually i spent 100k+ to crates xD
Last one was 120+k EP but i didn't receive from the ranked event, i counted them many times
Anyway at least isn't a big amount...
I sent already the tiket..let's see
