I can guess, you purchased them like 5000 then 5000.I purchased 10000 zp and the rewards are no where to be found?!
You should have bought 10000 as a one payment like Camel said

If you use say mobile payments and you make multiple purchases of small amount of ZP, it will not count, the first purchase must be 10,000 or more as a one payment. -
