I believe you got to buy a minimum of 10,000 ZP.

There are some providers such as GoCash which offers less than 10,000 ZP. There is also Mobile Payments which offer less than 10,000 ZP but you can't gift someone using mobile payments.

Yes I know that, that's why I said as far as we know gift options are only pre paid card options 10k and didn't know about GoCash 5500, guess it's because it's US payment but wouldn't count as event requires 10k minimum. This doesn't stop someone from purchasing other low payment options but does not count as gift option.

He donated 1300, I guess I thought he meant by donate as gifted someone. Probably meant he added ZP to his account as first time buyer using mobile payments as you mentioned regardless gift or add ZP minimum is 10,000zp.

That first time buyer is just an extra bonus saying if this happens to be your first time buying ZP you get the stated items but you have to purchase more than 10k ZP. Although I seen 5k options but the rules on that event state purchase of 10k or more ZP.

Since you already bought 1.3k zp, you need an extra 8.7k zp to qualify for that event the only problem is since this is your second time buying ZP I don't know if you will get the char+name card unless you ask a GM on forums to help you further and explain the confusion and mistake you made.

I think you might of misunderstood me here... GoCash is a pre-paid card option which offers options less than 10,000 ZP to gift someone.

Stacking does not count. So for example, buying 5k, and then buying another 5k, will not count. It has to be 10k or more in one single purchase.

and then when i open the donate i found another task telling me~~If it's ur first time to get p uwill recieve extra items (Spop elite 30 days+Change name ticket 30 days)
and if u donated 10k zp uwill get vip rpk and bullet roph and etc
my quistion is if my first donate was 1300 zp by Tpay(mobile payment) iwill get the spop and the change name item or not. this is my quistion.

You won't get the character or name card sadly, unless you can work something out with a GM and add an extra 8.7k ZP to get everything.

No, even your first has to be 10,000 ZP or more to get the name change and character.
