Thinking about Hosting 1v1's Tourney! CASH Prize. Feedback needed!

Trying to do something on the side for individual players in the Z8 community. Wanna see what you guys think about this. Opinions and stance much appreciated. Prize pool will consist of $$ not ZP. Let me know below!
Most likely I'll announce it in a week or so depending on the feedback I get on this thread from the community.
Old School 1v1's. 40kills. Players will decide if they want HS or Normal. Will include all E8 weapons. Elimination games. Top 3 gets the prizes!

Make recording with 40 FPS a thing and it wouldn't be so bad. After all, we have the best anticheat in the world.

Players will require to record their game plays and upload incase of a dispute. However, Top 3 winners will have to upload their final matches to qualify for their prize.

what the **** is with this recording **** as an anticheat? I'm pretty sure whether on-or off-recording (depends how complex cheats are nowadays) there has to be some that can be hidden whilst recording... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRWIzOYBi88 <- may be csgo, but the concept can apply to CF.... and your best bet is just an anti-cheat program like blackbox... Not trying to destroy anyone's authenticity but just open some eyes (if you weren't already aware)

Blackbox costs money, and it's unrealistic to ask someone to pay for it just to hold a 1v1 tournament.

Also, ass far as I know there's no overlay cheats in CF like there is in CSGO (and regardless, bandicam is a better anticheat than blackbox)

bandicam and recording softwares are incredibly ridiculous, they kill your frames (so your not able to perform at your best obviously) and you can even modify what you're recording
like for real, you can load the cheats with crossfire and just have OBS or any other recording software just focus on a specific window or such...
and record just crossfire with the cheat on as if it werent there in the first place.

I've seen people try to cheat in CF while streaming and it's never worked. I'm sure there's a way to do it, but the likelihood of it happening isn't very good.

Bandicam isn't perfect but blackbox certainly isn't either, and yeah the issue with it affecting framerates is definitely valid and that's why it's never used in actual tournaments

This is correct.

Recordings are not perfect anti-cheats. However, given high enough FPS, they prevent overt aimlocking, and most forms of walling available to CF players (even greenscreen combined with certain types of wallhacks still creates notable artifacts). I would rather play on a 60FPS shadowplay recording anticheat than on BlackBox if CFS were on the line


Edit: That said, it's best to assume the clients ARE working properly. They're our only recourse. Also, my prior statement is only true if sketchy teams are involved. I trust most of the community.
