uk sever
UK server simply : freeze teleport lag
and for me can't start a game with out DC
but in NA sever there is nothing from this issues and i can start game with out DC
so the problem isn't from my connection
i know some people will say we have some issues with NA server too
but it's obviously that there is a big problem with UK server
is it impossible to make UK sever like Na server !!!?

but there is no answer in it + i want to know why i can join any game in NA sever with out DC but can't do this in UK sever -

You can join a game in NA yeah but playing in a playable room without people freezing and appearing somewhere else is another story. Must suck to have constant errors but if they don't provide sometime of statement or just one sentence in a thread under announcement section telling us that something about what is being done about the servers would be nice. But pretty much beating around the bush with these duct tape events and random play events is not satisfying at all.
But yeah I feel you pain but high chance of this getting closed and will be told to redirect you to that server thread. -
UK servers are located in Europe. It takes time to go to Europe, fix servers, and come back to Kanada. Also it's not like there's a one-fix button that'll solve all issues in a jiffy. They're aware of the issues and are probably working on it. Just trust them on this and keep your hopes up.

Your support is fair enough but lol, you don't send a canadian Z8 employee to germany with the goal to fix "UK servers". The cost will be insane btw and i'm not sure that they have skilled employees for that (because they don't really need it).
It's pretty easy with a little network background to see where are located the servers and who own them. And the servers are not the property of Z8, it's a rent. So this part depend on the company wich own the servers. They are like us on this problem, they send tickets as customers.
The "one fix button" btw is the real side of an admin. It's a bit more complicated but you generally never act physically on a server, you mostly write code and launch scripts on command lines bash.
And it's why so many EU admins have losted theyr jobs and/or have seen the job offers falling down on the cheap side. Cost reduction VS quality of service.
