I think it means any mission of the "small missions". I finished only one some days ago and the tracker counted it.

The only thing that is slightly annoying about the Monthly-Mixup is thaat basically everyone has bulletproof stuff now :'(
Otherwise awesome! Having that many events lately is nice, it somehow makes the game still fun to play despite having huge problems with the UK-servers sometimes :P
