I want to be reassured about his health

I want to be reassured about support team health...i'm sure they are sick :/

i asked them for help about last ranked match event
because i didn't receive my ep

they told me :

i don't trust z8 support team any more
they didn't fix servers for a month now and they cant even give us our ep

  • They are to busy with livestreaming, new events and new guns, there is just no time for servers or other important things. I guess they have way to much 'fun' in their office.

  • I'm missing some EP too. Maybe they will give us those missing amounts later. It doesn't have to be on the same day you submitted the ticket, does it ?
  • If you call the hospital reception is going to direct you to the appropriate person.
    Sometimes an issue is being investigated and the issue will be dealt with the technical department . Like if the database isn't reading your info correctly they need to figure out why. Something like that is a different person than the one answering your ticket.

    So long story short, yes things go off to different people tobe dealt with.

  • I promise we're all in relatively good health. The response you got means that the team is launching an investigation into the issue. We could easily just give you the EP right away, but then that wouldn't solve the issue for anyone else who had it. So we are investigating, and will find a fix, and the people who earned their EP will certainly get it.

  • Closing this since we have addressed the issue of the original topic and because people are getting off topic with server issues, etc. If you have an issue connecting to the server for whatever reason, please send a ticket and it will be looked into :)
