hi i just downloaded crossfire after a long time of no playing and i got in and all that stuff but when i entered my username and password it told me 'This service is not available in your region' so what do i have to do and if i have to change region how do i do that? help please thanks

The only way to change regions is to move. This message generally means you're in a location we don't support. Send a ticket, and we will explain more to you. Also mention where you are from in the ticket.

They've set up IP Restrictions for Countries in the Red Zone on the August 3rd, 2011, and I'd imagine you are inside a red zoned country.

Since you've claimed that you came back to CrossFire after a long time of playing, if you happen to have created an account before August 3rd, 2011 and still can remember the Account Data of said Account, you can still play CFNA since Accounts created before said restriction was put in place are still able to play normally from anywhere in the world.
