I was supposed to be unbanned hours ago. I'm still banned. What's going on here?

Bans either need to be manually lifted, or they function with some sort of delay. That'd be my guess.

I'm sure that as soon as a MOD sees this, they'll unban it.

Maybe the server clock is having issues, maybe there's a second ban overlapping, PM me the account, I'll ask.

As for the reason, it's most likely just infraction points adding up, not everyone writes "too many infractions" or "infraction points added up". Also you probably know why you got banned.
