Send Error Report

I can log into crossfire perfectly but as soon as I go to enter a game it loads to 85% and then says Error, Send error report.
I've tried literally everything on the internet but nothing seems to work.

What specs do you have on your machine?
What operating system?
Any antivirus or firewall?
Any other programs running?
Resolutions?
Every bit of info helps

everytime i join a game i get this error failed to connect to host server , i'm having this error for like 8 days , i reinstalled the game and did this ipconfig /flushdns ...etc and added my game to firewall and antivirus and still nothing happened

The important problem is, that most of the arabic players play from a internet cafe, they have not a own pc like the most player from europe or other countrys, so a player @ Internet cafe in Cairo can not update or upgrade the pc because he not own this pc, so he have a lot of error all day because he have outdated driver at the pc and bad hardware at the pc.
