Yep, they are aware of the issue. If you didn't see already, there is two other threads talking about the same topic. Apparently the issue is for people in Canada only?

Haven't gotten that thankfully but what I have gotten were random d.cs and while playing client error. That error you get when you want to close the game but I was playing while I got it...
