How to promote a clan member to LT

I have no clue how to do this, i can only appoint him to company commander

I think it depends on the size of the clan. The more members you have, the more options you have to appoint someone as a LT of the clan.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

When you create a new clan you first need to lvl up your clan. (C+ or B rank) you can lvl up by buying zp or just play alot of clanwars. After this there will be a section to put peoples as Lt.
