HELP ME. I can not connect to the game!

Hello game admin. I have some problems with the game. Every time I try to log into the server, I can not login.

That said, "mm server connection failed."
It happened at some sever '' NA1, UK1 '
I do not understand why so. I tried reinstalling the game. But it continues for a reason. Please answer me if you know how to fix it. Thank you very much.

Have you tried connecting to other severs such as NA6 or UK5? Do they work?

If you get this error on certain servers, I would avoid joining those servers until the issue is fixed. Please send in a Support Ticket or report the server issues on this thread: http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?326117-Server-issue-Report-here

OH. So sorry. I forgot to say that the other servers still work well. The problem is that the sever is too few players. Mostly no one. Maybe I should wait for them to fix NA1 and UK1 sever. Thank you very much.

I just had a quick look at the server list and UK5/NA6 are pretty full of players. Maybe try to join these rooms?
