bonus crates

Guys, i buy zp with razer and didnt get bonus crates(buy 2 times for 20k)
i send suport ticket , i just want know, if anyone have this problem?

You don't get bonus crates for buying 20.000ZP, do you? I thought only 50k and 100k get rewarded.

Did you relog or wait a bit? I recharged 20k two days ago and got my bonus crates.
