Hack tool has been detected without any hacks !

hi ,
lately i got blocked by this error which is "Hack tool has been detected (1) (19:12:0:0)" as the attached picture below , after i press ok and relogin i get permanently blocked for no reason , i've contacted the support and they say that i violated the terms of service by using hacks which i didn't use ! i mention in my first ticket that i have only teamspeak/discord/skype and cs:go/gta 5 besides crossfire , i found that discord was the main reason and i delete it and clean my PC using ccleaner and it worked fine but today got the same error again.
any solutions will be appreciated , thanks for your time.

Did you run your anti-virus and checked if you may have a virus on your pc?
Players don't get banned for no reason tho.
Also nobody here can help you so your best bet is sticking with support tickets

already did nothing found + support said i'm violating the terms of service + gm didn't ban me but it was due to this error ! is there any live tech support that can help me ?
today when i login to the website i found that my account didn't redirect me to support (a friend of mine said he got banned for farming and when he login his account force the main page to support section of the website ) so i try to login to the game and my account wasn't blocked and due to my work and irl errands i can't stick too much to the game itself so i only manage to get free time to do some events and enjoy the game as much as possible
my last hope is to get a new HDD or SDD and install everything all over again , if you could help via skype / support i'll be glad.

solved , solution is to change to new windows and install crossfire first and play for 30 minutes and you will be fine
