How the pug draft will work
Players will show up at the event time, and at that time captains will be selected based on the number of players in the pug.
Each captain will pick players 1 by 1 for their team "playground" style. The point of a pug is to create mixed teams, so please come with that in mind and dont expect to play with a 5 man team.
Once the teams are drafted, teams will play a single elimination bracket with their pug line up. All matches will be best of 1.
Rules
Maps: Ankara – Mexico – Port – Sub Base – Black Widow – Black Widow 2.0 – Ankara 2.0
Weapons: M60, MP5, P90, M4A1, AK47, AUG, SG552, AWM, XM1014
Colt1911, Desert Eagle, M66, Anaconda, USP
Knife (Normal, Knight, Striped), B.C.-Axe
Grenade, Flash Grenade, Basic Smoke Grenade
(GP versions and CFS versions)
Grenade Expansion Kit, C4 Setup/Defuse Kit
Bulletproof Helmet, Bulletproof Vest
CFS Packages
All EXP Plus items that are not dress items
All extra ammo items
Clan Bag
Characters: GP Characters (including 2.0 GP Characters)
Format
Greater Seed (Lower number) will choose starting side
First to 10 rounds, 9 round halves
Over time (Start OT on same side regulation ended) will be 3 round halves, first to 4
If overtime ends in a tie a single "golden" round will be played.
Teams will choose sides for the golden round by 1 knife round, the bomb may be planted.
Registration:
To reserve a spot, comment your IGN that you will participate in the PUG Draft with.
Please use this name on the mumble server to make the process of drafting move smoothly.
If you would like to be a Captain, please say so in your comment with your IGN.
Anti-Cheat:
There will be no anti-cheat for this event.
This event is meant to integrate players of the community with each other and build new relationships with players who may not be familiar with one another.
Anyone blatantly cheating will be barred from the pug drafts.
This first pug will have no prize, but will have prizes in the future if we reach a good number of players.
