If you see something that needs to be reported, you can do so through the support system via ticket.

Wouldn't it be better to do it on the go, I know how it works, I used to moderate a pretty famous RSPS, having the report button is faster and better imo.

I know of many forums I've frequent or use to frequent which use a Report button. However, most of the people on those forums were a little more...mature?...than people here. I can see people hitting it because they get triggered at every little thing and/or people hitting it just to troll here. However, that's not to say things couldn't be done to lessen those instances and/or bring in repercussions for doing such (particularly the trolling one).

But I can see why they simply rely on tickets. GMs have other things to worry about than just forums and MODs are doing it on their freewill and own spare time not because it's an actual job of theirs. Having a report button could likely distract the GMs are make the MODs feel they have to answer to every little problem that gets reported regardless of if it needs it or not. Where as the ticket way, presumably, makes it a bit more inconvenient for people to report but still allows it so people are more likely to only report something when it truly needs it. ...Theoretically of course...

I will say...it COULD be worth just putting through a trial run though...if everyone likes it...keep it around...it not..we haven't really lost much. I'd imagine such a feature should be a fairly default feature for forums now and could probably be implemented here pretty quickly too. (and similarly dis-abled should it be decided after a trial run that it's not worth it).

If you see something clearly not allowed (racist comments or hacking links, etc), you can also PM/VM one of the mods (if you see one online) for a swift delete.
