Special Character on name

There are people who use special character for their name, but i think you can't even type it in game.
I'm using AZERTY keyboard but when i play this game it puts my keyboard on QWERTY no problem playing with it, but it resets my key binds everytime i quit the game and launch the game again, also happens when i play ranked, or when i change room(from UK1 to UK5 for example).
But when i want to whisp someone it seems that some key doesn't work, is it intended or just a bug, or should i use a QWERTY keyboard instead? Thanks.

I use an azerty keyboard too, but I keep it in azerty mode while playing, it rebinds my keys every time I change servers as well, but if changing to qwerty doesn't solve that issue, I don't see the point of setting your keyboard into qwerty mapping. I've never had any issues chatting, but yes, the "Alt Gr" keys don't usually work. however, you can click on the player's name to auto-whisper in the chat to solve this.

I'm not sure it's that special ( although I am special ) but I have seen the names you mean.

I would suggest you use a QWERTY keyboard if you can as you will not get issues with that setup

Also there are little squares in peoples names sometimes that I cannot type so it's not just you.

Alright thanks to you both, it's just unfortunate that the person who developed the game wasn't aware of this minor "issues", it's exactly like the game SKILL Special Forces 2.

Well, as far as I know, only France, Belgium and some African countries use azerty keyboards, the fact that it's not very widespread is probably the reason most games aren't optimized for this layout.
