Tracker not working?

Is the event tracker working? Cos i made like 12 hero mode games 5 hours ago, and it still say 0/10.
Is it happening to anyone else?

PD: There were at least 6 people in the room, and played more than 1 min.

Yes i'm in the same situation. I did 4 Ranked TDMs and have done at least 14 HM games now and the tracker still shows 0 games for both. Meanwhile i've received the 2k EP for one of them but I can't be certain of WHICH because technically I should have it for both having completed the requirements but since the trackers aren't working I can't tell/guess which event counted and which hasn't.

rather annoying and i've sent in a support ticket about it but it was too late and they had already left the office. so answer will come tomorrow. Just in time for it to be potentially too late should some of those games have not counted for some reason despite filling out all of the requirements of the usual rules in them. =/

I am fairly confident that it was the HMX Games you received your EP from. I did the HMX Games first, and only started to do Ranked until after I received those 2K EP.

The Hero Mode Games actually counted for me though, but nothing on the Ranked TDM Tracker.

I can confirm this, I did the 10 HM games first , and got the EP , then did 3 Ranked TDM and was 100% sure all the rules met and got nothing!

And I spent time needlessly farming all those HM rooms thinking I must have played 1 or 2 less. -_-

I believe the trackers for both events stopped working some time during yesterday, because I did the ranked event first which counted in the tracker, and then completed 10 HM games and I'm still stuck at 2/10. I got 2k EP but i don't know from which event they're from.

Well IF that were to be the case then the Ranked Event is dishing out EP properly as I do know for a FACT that I did 4 games of Ranked TDM since I never play ranked normally and had 0/10 games played for my 'placement' games before this and now I have 4/10. The HM games were harder to keep track of but I know that I did more than 10.
It makes one question if they're going to miss a day or rewards/completion and thus end up missing the extra 10k at the end...

As many of you, I recieved 2k EP for the hero mode games... but nothing for the ranked games

We are aware of an issue with the Ranked Event and are checking into it. Mutant Mayhem should have no issues, even if the tracker is a little more delayed than usual.

It takes always until it is on it must be updated only if you have played only after a few hours on it then you have to have it

Looks like the Tracker caught itself, both TD Ranked/SND Ranked updated and are complete.

Appreciate it, whoever it was that fixed it.
