waste of time! and noone care omg?
i asked you guys before when you will fix your site and added the balance of that EP? GM Kanadian said shortly it will fixed but i waited 12 days from sending a support ticket and no one answear just we will fix !! how come you cant fix this issue 12 days with out EP shop and i have EP there want to use it ! i dont care for the game crach or not fail or not i need to fix my EP shop -_- !!

That would be your instinct, however that is a legitimate bug, that has affected accounts. To prove it affects only some account for whatever reasons, I tested mutliple account using Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Explorer. out of 4 accounts 2 are affected and no matter which browser you use, you get the refresh page or login message where the EP balance would be. GMs are aware of this issue and they have collected IGNs that have been affected and are waiting on the developers to fix that issue. My main account is not affected thankfully, but other Friends and other alts are have been tested using multiple browsers and does not solve the issue. It would seem those IGN data has been lost somewhere a long the EP Shop database.
Let's hope for those players affected, get the fix during the Big June Patch, they have waited long enough. -
