First of all , I really appreciate you for bringing up new updates and events, but , the game would have been way too much better if you just focus on your bugs and issues , try to solve it. Just let us get a better gaming experience.
As I join alot of matches , most of the players freezing and flying high, servers are full of lag , everybody is hating the game at the moment , some of them even left for a new game , well that may not bother you as a company because you already have thousands and thousands of players. Atleast think of these huge number of players , most of them invest alot of time and money just to play the game , while you dont give a **** about it.
Here some players get errors while playing:
Now, regarding the challenging event that you've made up, lets take a look at the statistics :
I wonder if there hasnt been any problems during the event time , would these missing bar been already filled up? , I would definitely say yes.
As for the last day remaining for the event , I think we will not make it up, It's not about that we are weaks , or we cant handle some challenges , well the answer is clearly known. Its because of YOU.
For that, im here to remind you to take care of your game, and we (well, atleast im) asking you to take into account that we've faced alot of problems during the event time, which was an obstacle for us to finish it , thus we need your help!

Extremely funny how the server lag only happen in PvP modes (snd,tdm,etc) yet in zombie modes theres no sign of such lag (modes with max 5 players basically) I had another great experience, a 12 minutes shotgun only lag fest TDM on Egypt...........literally unbelievable..the higher your ping is normally, the less affected you are by the server lag its crazy like I kept on freezing in place like a statue for 2 WHOLE seconds, MULTIPLE times and after that everyone else had already ran miles from where I saw them last time (me with 40 ping and everyone else 90+)
All I'm playing right now for is MP and I try my best to keep it at PVE range, I value my sanity more than trying to play in PVP untill you realise that you have to get new servers because keeping the current ones on life support doesnt help at all. I dont know how the server contract between Z8 and the provider of the servers work or what are the terms or whatever but the server owners really need to get up off their chairs and DO SOMETHING. I dont think Z8 has someone in UK to keep the servers, it must be some external company doing that otherwise I cant warp my mind around how the servers are in the same level of broke-ness (not an actual word I know..) for this many months.. -
Fail game because current GMs don't have good experience. and thier mods are kids love infraction forumers. So alot of forumers, veterans and players give up from this rubbish game.

And why do we infract? simply because people can't follow the rules maybe nobody says anything if anyone rants about the game, if it's written properly and normal. Yes normal, no cursing etc. It's not that hard. Maybe some of you should try to do that. Saves a lot of trouble

Not to be rude Jessy but that's not always the case, Marshal-PT made thoughout threads none contained inappropriate comments but was simply concerning issues we all had and got totally ignored. Where is Marshal now? Haven't seen him in 4 months. And about following rules where does "yet you used kac in GM stream" fall into exactly? Let alone worth two infractions some not all Mods got issues.
But that's not the case here, it was a holiday in Canada today but they had time to post the zp event and not replying to the issue at hand thread. I understand they have to go through smilegate for these issues. But really almost half a year... how long exactly do they expect people to refrain for outlast if all they see is more zp content. Take this new zp bonus event people's messages got deleted because they were upset to see a bonus rather than some kind of statement regarding the server. You could say it's not a one day fix, indeed it's not but almost half year with issue. So how do they expect people to react seeing that?
Pretty sad when it has now become a daily thing to get errors, get kicked out of room without error, d.c without any reason and the freezes and reappearing somewhere else. When you spend more time getting errors than playing the game has its limits to a player. Some people will keep saying "only got issue in a few rooms" tell that to the 125plus in lobby flaming because of constant errors. Hope a miracle happens and things get resolved.
It's not peaches and cream in CF ladies and gentlemen.... -
I'm inclined to agree with SOME of the complaint aspect here. Grumpy was on earlier and made the ZP Sale post (it's dated today and not a few days earlier and then set to be revealed today) and he was hovering around in-game a bit as well earlier. While he was likely trying to assess the situation for himself before making any statement, a quick locked announcement stating 'We are aware of the issue, please sit tight until we can handle the issues and PLEASE refrain from making too many of the same complaint threads (insert link to official server complaint thread that Jessy made). We'll keep you updated on the situation soon.'
something like that would have sufficed (and maybe Grumpy is still around and going to do something like that...) but it should have been done and I saw the comments in the ZP Sale topic that was made, not all of them were inflammatory or using language that would get the posts deleted. Some were just simple complaints about the status of the server, and while one could argue that those comments don't belong in such a thread....it's only logical that people will flock to the most recent activity on the forums by a GM to express their complaints and dissatisfaction with the way things are currently, appearing, to be handled. And since it's a topic about their money making aspect of the game...it really shouldn't of came until after an official recognition of the problems. Regardless of the fact that it's a regularly scheduled sale that happens pretty much every 2 weeks right before the next patch.
But that being said. What Jessy related to in her post about people breaking simple rules ends up getting them infracted for stuff that they normally wouldn't of gotten infracted for. Like...we get it you're angrier/upset/raging but you can't say you've gotten infracted for 'telling the truth' when you break a simple rule such as "don't use curses on the forums". And while I will say many people probably have gotten infracted unfairly on other circumstances...I often have a hard time believing many of those people because i've seen their behavior in-game and on forums enough to know they most likely aren't telling the full truth about why they got infracted. -

That's not true. I've been grinding out ZM3 in hopes of getting the perm melee weapon, and there is lag there too.
A couple days ago it was really bad. Everyone was freezing in place for a couple seconds every minute or so, and in that time; even if you moved, the zombies could still hit you.
It sucked because I could be backing away from zombies while shooting at them and I would take constant damage despite being out of their attack range.
It made it impossible to get to the end with 2 revives unless you used dozens of hypos. -

What rules are you talking about , huh? Reporting some problems which already been here for 4 months or even more seems infraction?
If thats the case, seems like you are the one who doesn't even know the rules. Usually I behave normal , I mean I stay on my own way of how to treat others, even if he is a GM or a normal player, IKR we must respect everybody here and mostly the GMs aswell, but being two faced to them is really disgusting, I assure you they wont give you anything if you stand by their side even if they are wrong! NO , but tell them why are they wrong in order to fix the problems. For example to fill the gap of the gaming experience that the players already having nowadays.

Funny because I played zm for the past weeks for mp and I had no issue whatsoever. -

Same here. Nightmare mode has been a nightmare. Yesterday, I d/c three times in a row in Wave 3 of canyon and gave up. >.< Went to play PvP and while games couldn't start sometimes, when it did start I didn't get random errors or d/c. I guess it's luck, PvP seems to work for me while PvE doesn't.
I really hope they fix these issues soon, because all I really do right now is log on to chat with friends and log off 0.0

But I disagree with infracting for cursing to be begin with. That's just how some people talk. Cursing should only be to infractions if it's meant to insult or belittle someone. But then, the infraction should be for insulting and not for cursing. -

We mods can't really address the issues in any other way than saying that we relay the information we get from the forum, other players and our own experience in the game, which is frustrating for you guys, but also for us (and the GM team too). Having issues for a long time is certainly annoying, but trust that if these issues don't get hot fixed, it's because they are serious and it doesn't just need an afternoon of light work to magically fix everything.
So yes, sometimes, we (as mods) don't answer to every thread about such issues because you guys know the drill and if you browsed through the forum, you can already see our "answer" (which isn't an answer, since it's just a "hang on") because such answers can look like automated response to general issues. We all suffer from this, so cut everyone some slack and try being a little more constructive.
(I'm not talking to or about anyone in particular, by the way) -

Cursing should obviously be infracted but if the cursing is censored with stars * , then it shouldnt be because it was already dealt with by the system and its censoring code but "dealing" with it again is overkill. Exceptiosn could be made if one's post has at least 50% censored words lmao.
