IGN doesn't exist in the database. Can't receive ZP. Been waiting for 10 days now

TWO TIMES I've been tried to be gifted ZP in past 10 days, and both times it showed that my IGN doesn't exist, so the zp gifters entered another IGN to make sure, it went through, then clicked back and entered my IGN, now it went through without any error, and proceeded to complete the purchase. But BOTH TIMES the ZP got sent to the IGN that they entered the first time to make sure it wasn't a problem on their end.

I've submitted a ticket and one time they replied that they checked my IGN is working fine in gift option, and to try sending the gift again. But the problem is still there. Las ticket is in support for five days without any reply. This is driving me crazy -_-

That's really weird. I'll forward it and see if you can get more help. Btw today is a holiday in Canada so the GM's aren't back until tomorrow

There is someone that had the same issue, and was told to pick it up with the Support, just like you are now. Don't know if he managed to find a solution though. I'd suggest to just wait until they answer you, and try to go from there.

I'd like to ask if he managed to find and fix the problem... but it seems as though he is banned, unfortunately.

Lol I don't even know why I got banned. There was no reason stated for the ban, and I had not posted anything against the rules since a couple of days up to the day I got banned. Must be some MOD who doesn't have anything better to do with his time.

I've been trying things out to see on whether or not your Name has maybe too many characters, or if it's the "*" and "?" Special Characters which are causing a ruckus, to no avail.

I've tried quite a few Names on the Player Rankings both with said Special Characters and the same amount of Characers, and yours is the only Name that apparently doesn't exist.

I'm stumped, honestly. I've got no clue as to why your name of all things doesn't seem to work.

I believe it would take only a couple seconds for a GM to resolve this issue. But there's no GM around when you need one. -_-

I have changed my IGN. This problem is resolved now. Thanks to Bunni, Preset, and Hvnk for help and kind words.
