I don't know if this is a bug or not. But I just got logged off my account saying someone else has logged on. How can I prevent this and make sure my account is secured and safe.

1St make sure you never share your information with anyone else besides the support Center (only if ask)
2ND make sure you have all info to your account
3rd this might be a big due to the server issues we currently experience.

If you think that your account might be hacked please submit a ticket.
