i open a ticket about refund a items
and the answer was that i should reply again to the ticket to confirm it and i did ..
till now i didn't get a refund item to ZP again still waiting
the first answer was after 2h only ! and now it take more than 12h to answer again ?

They don't do on weekends.

Even during weekdays they aren't as useful as they should be.

No. Also this weekend is long weekend which means that Monday is off. So the GM's will be back on Tuesday
