MM Server Connection Failed

I suffer from this error from the first day of the last patch.....






NA1 -> MM Server Connection Failed
NA2 -> Working
NA3 -> Working
NA4 -> Working
NA5 -> Working
NA6 -> MM Server Connection Failed
UK1 -> Working
UK2 -> MM Server Connection Failed
UK3 -> Working
UK5 -> Working

From the working servers NA2, NA3, NA4 and NA5 are empty....UK1 and UK5 lag badly, everyone teleport in the rooms every 10 seconds....UK3 has locked rooms only....
How i'm supposed to finish my events ? -.-'

All servers seem to be accessible on my end. Have you tried flushing your dns by chance since this issue?

Also, if any others who are having this issue could please post here, it would help me gauge how many are having this problem.

Some people been having this issue. But it seems like it's only people who usually play in the UK servers.

It works perfectly on my end.

Hmm no i didn't try it, let me give it a try.

It didn't help at all.
I tried it in 4 different PCs that i have here on house....all of them give me the same error in these servers...:(

By the way you meant to do this, right ?
ipconfig /flushdns

I have this issue, too. Only difference is that it occurs when I attempt to join NA2, NA4, UK2 and UK3

But I don't have this issue all the time, it comes and goes, same as my will to live while playing crossfire.

Saves me the time typing up there Servers names . I have tested those Servers mentioned above by Nickxab and he is correct, I get the same MM server error for those exact mentioned Severs. This has nothing to do with our ISP, clearing and renew/release does nothing. This is an issue with the Server Host as this has been happening since May Patch as random days and mostly the exact Servers in question.

Hey Nick, can you send a ticket and tell them to ask me about it please? Gonna have them run through some stuff with you to hopefully pinpoint this issue.

I'm also having the same issue. Alot of people from UK (?) are suffering this, but I'm from NA so I'm really annoyed about how after this patch I can't run anything.

Edit: I've just tried to login right now and they're all working fine. Although it used to happen a lot in the past days.

I am encountering the same issue and i am glad to tell you that i figured out a solution.

When you face "MM Server Connection failed" pop up window then DON'T PRESS "OKAY" BUTTON just wait for few seconds you will automatically enter into that server.

My problems started in the first day of the new patch but not from the begin.....
We started to play ZM3 for the event in NA1 cause UK servers lagged....after about 20 games in NA1 without errors one room crashed....4 of the 5 players (including me) crashed....only Kinderina stayed in the room xD
After this error i couldn't join in these servers.....
Is noticeable that my sister could join in these servers from the same PCs and same network of course....now these last days she could to join in these servers tho.

Bump here again.

This problem didn't fixed yet.
Right now only UK2 and NA1 are working but i can't join in any of them......

I still have the same problem.On my last ticket GM's said theyll look into it. Youre from Germany aswell? I think only germans have this problem :S

Same MM connection failed (NA1/6 and UK2). And it's been since May patch(5th or 6th may dont remember the date of patch). Flushed DNS cache, clean up junks in my pc, reboot, antimalware/antivirus scand daily and still no fix. Guess we have to waite.

Dude Youre using DSL or Fiber Optics? I think only people with fiber optics have this problem. When i try to connect to UK 2 with HOTSPOT/MOBILE PROVIDER i have access to all servers

I dont think that's the problem. Friends of mine have the same ISP and they have full access to all servers.

I have the same issue...took me 30 friggin minutes just to get into the servers..continuous error. Please do something about it. It gives the same error while tryng to join uk4 too. Also The hgw watcher stops at step 3 and I have to start the game like 10+ times till it starts successfully instead of being stuck on step 3. And once the game starts..that MM connection fail thingie happens..then hv to try another 10+ times till the game successfully starts..struggled so much to get on the game :c Its been happening only since the recent patch to me.
