I have an account. But I have a problem for 2 months. I can not log into my account. My account is forbidden.
But I can login from the website. The reason for the account ban is "unknown". I think it was a mistake. Can you help me solve this problem?

The problem is that z8games(GM) don't want to do anything.Just to say that we are cheaters and bad Internet +Keylogger.

I think the GM's can't unban our accounts because it's a DATABASE ERROR accounts. I will explain why I think so.
