Inactive IGN's

Hi,
I just wanted to know if there is a way to get the IGN's of cf players who are inactive say for 3 years a so. Is there a way to get it?

Send a ticket to support asking them to free the IGN as it has been inactive for the specified time. Support team will tell you if the acount is actually active or not. If it is active then then IGN will not be released to public. If it is not active then Support will release it after trying to contact the owner. So send in a ticket request.

Thanks mate. Just for my information, if the account is inactive and it is released can I rename immediately?

Not useful at all but why would you want another person's IGN? There is already another topic regarding IGN issues in the same board btw.

Because then you can get harder-to-get names, like nouns or names.
Maybe some people want their IRL name as their IGN.
I wanted Bunny because I like rabbits, but it was taken.

Well there aren't an infinite number of IGN's out there. People don't want someone else's IGN they want their IGN to be something that someone who is inactive currently holds (sounds the same but has 2 different connotations). Also who wants to be Cr0ssf1re[99 when they can be Crossfire. It simply looks a lot better without all the extra stuff and if the current holder of the IGN isn't active for a long period of time then why shouldn't someone active be able to claim it?
