Z8 already got a 3rd world playerbase. Because western people wont play this game. Western people can buy a good pc and they know that it is better to buy a game once , and play a good quality game than play a low quality one "for free" in which you have to pay way more to be good.
Cf eu is dead , na servers is full of egys and asians. 90% of cf na / uk playerbase is people from 3rd world countries.
Crossfire Japan is almost empty , as like as the korean one. But in china and brasil this game is super popular and people spend thousands of dollars.
Its all about mind.
Smilegate wont fix anything , as far as they can earn millions without major fixes.

True what you just said , tho that point of view will trigger many ppl, I just wanna add , that many Egyptian players , who actually pay to play types switched to other MMOFPS games since CFNA is being a potatoe now, and with this GOV restriction issue in Egypt , mny Egys will follow to quit, if smilegate won't do a Major fix then RIP CFNA
