I am not trying to recover my account

Just sent 2 support tickets, first to 'others' section, second to 'account suspension' and both times they told me to send a ticket to account administration even though I am not trying to recover an account or change my email. What I am supposed to do now?

Account Suspension is the right place. If the account is only banned on the Forum then use Acount Suspension and ask them how would I get my account unbanned from the Forum. If it's banned in Game Permenantly then Again you would use Account Suspension.

However if you have the details of your account, then it wouldn't harm you to use Recovery option as they requested . Fill out the information and in the comment section you clearly explain what you are asking for and explain to them, you submitted ticket using Account suspension and Support team told you to use Account Reovery method.

Account Suspension would be the way to go, but maybe they want you to go through Recovery and explain in the comment section to prove your the owner and your case. Good Luck.

I did send a ticket trough account suspension but I was rejected and why would I have to prove that I am the owner? That has nothing to do with my request.
Nobody needs to question if im the owner of my account. I am ]B, been here since 2010 and everyone knows who I am.

Anything related to Banned account/recovery is considered Account Administration. As details to why the account was banned and appealing against it should be done by the owner. If they are pushing you to Account Administration then it's safe to assume that in order to be helped you would need to provide details. Why should you need it or whether you don't need those information is not down to us players, all we can say if they say use Account Administration then you would need those info.

wtf did I just read

A GM clearly just misunderstood his question. I got unbanned a few times on my forum accounts without having to prove that I'm the owner of the account. Just had to tell them what post I got infracted for and they looked up the post and saw it wasn't worthy of an infraction and reversed it and it'd automatically unban my account.

Well we players and even the GMs such as Kanadian may know who you are. But the people in charge of the support section may not and even if they do they probably are required to follow guidelines regardless. It's unfortunate really but it seems that's the way it's going to be.
MAYBE Since your main isn't banned ingame perhaps if someone like Kanadian, who i'd like to believe can just yell across the room or walk into the other room or at the very least send the support team a confirmation, could have you verify by having you log in to your main after being in contact with him and giving you some kind of confirmation code and then you whispering him that confirmation code from your main which would indicate that you do infact at the least have the Login/PW for your main which SHOULD be indicative enough that you're in possession of the main account unless they're really that cynical of people. But...knowing them they'll just keep directing you to provide all your information via the Account Suspension route or whatever.

I don't see why confirming it's his account makes any difference?? He's only unbanning the account on forums he's not changing the email or doing something else that'd raise suspicions that the account might get stolen.

Even if my account was stolen I am sure the guy wouldn't care about forums, even if he cared he would be noticed everywhere as a player with a stolen account. Because I've got like 3300 posts on that account and my name is not unknown. But after all as said above, account administration has nothing to do with my request.
