So will another 12k MP can be transfer over to next month (June) or they will be absolutely reset to 0 from now on? I saw in MP shop the description of "12,000 MP can be transfer over to next month" is still there, so it'd be nice to get some clarification here.

Yes, 12k will be transfered to the next month normally.
No changes regarding this have been announced yet.
