Therefore i can understand some players frustration (in the lack on any feedback) - we feel like our hack reports are never get a review (or get too late and too small amount)

OK i can understand z8 will never tell the result of a hack review - but changing hack report status will indicate at least someone has look on it ...

P.S. Maybe hack report web side need an major update (was tested few years ago and not working as it should - therefore use same old web form)...

We used to be able to see if they atleast reviewed our reports with open closed etc, I think they could even reply to you but now all that's changed. It's like capturing a criminal and not releasing his name. Like wth z8 get your head in the game.

As the issue that this thread was started about is resolved, I'm gonna close this one. But, we've all learned how to submit a hack report, which is very useful if you didn't already know how. So yay you guys
