Yes, I'm looking for people to join my clan. We are new, but we are currently trying our hardest to be in the top 100 clans.
Everyone in the clan (except 2 of my friends) Have 1.0KD+, speak English and are only every week a few times.

I will view your application and if you meet the 1.0KD requirement I will accept it. After that you will have to have a 1v1 against me and Ill see if you are really that good.
