How long does it take to receive gifted ZP?

I was gifted some ZP on Friday but haven't received it till now. I submitted tickets on Friday and knew that they won't be answered till Monday, but they remain unanswered even now. Does it usually take this long too receive gifted ZP?

The few times I gifted ZP Via Prepaid Cards, the person received it just about instantly.

Depending on the Payment Method used, perhaps it might take a few days to clear?

Although, 3 Days already, huh? Definitely do wait for the Support to write back in that case.

And do check that the guy who gifted you the ZP also typed your Name correctly.

Should be instant. Everyone I've gifted has received theirs immediately.

I will say, one time a person was waiting for a ZP gift from me for 3 days. What happened was this payment method had like triple confirmation screens. I somehow thought I had clicked confirm the final time, but I didn't. He let me know and I re-entered the code, made sure to see it all the way through, and the recipient said he received it instantaneously.

Might be the same issue here?

Well, I was gifted through Rixty. The guy who gifted ZP couldn't enter my IGN at first attempt as it showed an error saying that my IGN didnt' exist in the database, then he entered some another IGN, clicked back and entered my IGN again. This time there was no error. But a7a where is the zb

If he gifted it to the wrong person by chance, your best bet is to have him send a ticket right away to Payments/Purchases/Refunds. They can hopefully get it all sorted out for you

You must get the Zp actually equal to his account I logge me again and again and then I have it. Maybe you clicked something wrong, how did you charge it?
