If yes the ep was given out already. If u haven't received your ep and you are sure you did finish everything you should submit a ticket. Keep in mind that the GM's aren't working on weekends so you will probably get an answer by next week.

I think he is misunderstanding the "Please refresh the page, or try signing in again" Error as not having any EP.

And that error apparently is account based, as to what causes it, I'm afraid I don't really know.

nah i did the last event but i didnt receve anything and when i open the event point shop no ep showen it says please refresh the page i send a ticket but they answerd we will fix this issue i send the ticket 4 days ago!!

This issue has affected many accounts. Not sure if it's region based or not, but the GMs are aware of this issue, based on ticket replies, as many of my FL submitted tickets regarding that bug. This bug basically stops you using your EP balance and prevents you from seeing your balance ZP and EP.

According to tickets, the GMs have forwarded this issue to the developers. All you need to do is wait, I am sure you won't lose any EP saved.
